Pricing & Booking Policy | The prices displayed are from prices and may vary depending on the assessment, treatment required, and the complexity of your condition. If you are unsure which appointment type to book, please contact our Care Team, who will be happy to advise you. To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking deposit of 40% is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the cost of your treatment. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please notify our Care Team at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Provided the required notice is given, your 40% deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date. Cancellations, changes made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend an appointment may result in the deposit being forfeited.
